WHEREAS, the Band's performance at this prestigious event <br />will not only reflect the accomplishments of the Band, but also <br />reflects the support of all individuals and organizations of our <br />community; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to participate in this prominent parade, <br />the Band Booster organization must raise funds, and we encourage <br />everyone to support the Band, both in spirit and financially, at <br />all Vero Beach High School Band fundraisers; and <br />WHEREAS, we are honored by the presence of Roy Coats, <br />President of the Tournament of Roses Parade, in Indian River <br />County, October 10-12, 1990. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS of Indian River County, Florida that the day of <br />October 11, 1990 be designated as <br />ROY COATS DAY <br />in Indian River County.
