OGT 2 1990 7- 5. & .. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of -the Regular Meeting of September 4, <br />1990. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 9/4/90, as <br />written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Chairman Eggert requested that Items F, G, -H, I and Nbe <br />removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A. Final Pay Request from Signal Construction for Miscellaneous <br />Intersections Phase III -A <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 9/20/90: <br />TO: James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator <br />THIEMUGH: James W. Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />FROM: Michael S. Dudeck, Jr. P.E., <br />County Traffic Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Final Pay.Request from Signal Construction for <br />Miscellaneous Intersections Phase IIIA <br />DATE: September 20, 1990 FILE: A:SIGNAL.AGN <br />The signalization of the Miscellaneous Intersections Phase IIIA <br />has been completed by Signal Construction Co., Inc. The project , <br />has been accepted by the County Traffic Engineer. <br />The contractor is requesting payment in the amount of $76,388.-00 <br />which is the total amount due including retainage and Change <br />Order #1 which was approved by The Board of County Commissioners <br />in April 1990 and Change Order #2 which is attached for approval. <br />Staff recommends approval of the final payment in the amount of <br />$76,388.00. No payments have been made on this project to date <br />due to the fact that certain technical problems which arose have <br />finally been settled. Funding is from acct. #109-141-541-033.19. <br />4 <br />
