� � r <br />Commissioner Bird asked if they submit suitable restoration <br />plans to the Building Department within 90 days, would that be <br />sufficient. <br />Chairman Eggert believed they need to submit plans before 90 <br />days, and Mrs. Showalter assured the Board that plans will be in <br />Mrs. Rymer's office within 30 days. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously allowed Mrs. <br />Showalter 30 days for submittal of plans to the Building <br />Department that would indicate she is moving forward on <br />restoration of the house, and if the Building Director <br />determines that progress with said restoration is not <br />proceeding in a timely fashion, directed that this be <br />brought back to the Board for further action. <br />CONDEMNATION OF UNSAFE STRUCTURE - 1830 38th STREET (C.
