The adopted.portion of the plan <br />included the Sanitary Sewer Sub -Element. The sub -element in Policy <br />6.8 stipulates that a Grease and Fuel Oil Interceptor Ordinance be <br />implemented by September 1, 1990. The Department of Utility <br />Services and the Public Health Unit have jointly drafted the <br />attached ordinance.
