� � r <br />ON.MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Wheeler, Commissioner Scurlock voting in <br />opposition, the Board by a 4 to 1 vote approved the <br />appointments to the Professional Advisory Committee <br />as recommended in Chairman Eggert's memo dated <br />October 8, 1990. <br />Chairman Eggert suggested that we temporarily name Peter <br />Robinson chairman of this committee and let him call the first <br />meeting, and the Board members indicated their agreement. <br />SUPPORT HEALTH DEPT'S RECOMMENDATIONS RE HALLOWEEN <br />Chairman Eggert informed the Board that in view of the <br />encephalitis threat, the Health Department does.not want to have <br />"Trick or Treaters" out after dusk and has suggested that this <br />year Halloween "Trick or Treat" be set for Saturday afternoon, <br />October 27th. She felt we should make a public statement <br />expressing our support of the Health Department's recommenda- <br />tion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />m; ss i onaer .B.J rd, the Board unanimously expressed their <br />support of the Health Department's recommendation for <br />celebration of Halloween this year on Saturday after- <br />noon, October 27th. <br />NORTH COUNTY FIRE AND SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICTS <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment, <br />the Board would reconvene sitting first as District Board of Fi-re <br />Commissioners of the North Indian River County Fire District and <br />77 <br />boor <br />
