PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 42ND AVENUE FROM 6TH STREET <br />TO 8TH STREET IN CITRUS GARDENS SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLUTION 90-161 W/ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD IN ITS ENTIRETY. <br />42nd Avenue from 10th Street to 12th Street <br />Mrs. Gentile informed the Board that 610 of the property <br />owners were in favor of the proposed project. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard regarding the <br />proposed assessment. <br />Tom Wiseman, 1076 42nd Avenue, believed that in the near <br />future the County is planning on adding water and sewer service <br />for this area, and he wondered if paving first isn't putting the <br />cart before the horse. <br />
