NOV �9�Q FOOK 81 F'A�E 8"35 <br />Reverend Harr, Vero Beach Alliance Church, asked if a time <br />payment plan was available, and Commissioner Scurlock advised <br />that he was working on an extended time payment plan, possibly 10 <br />years, and that might be available at the time this project comes <br />up for construction. He wasn't promising anything, but it might <br />be an option at that time. Right now, however, the Board seems <br />to favor a 5 -year plan at 12% interest. <br />Director Davis anticipated construction in the spring of <br />1991, and Commissioner Scurlock felt that he could bring <br />something back to the Board before that time that would be a <br />little less in interest rates. <br />There being no others who wished to be heard, the Chairman <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 90-168, confirming the assessment roll for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to 44th Avenue <br />from 16th Street to Pinewood Subdivision, and directed <br />staff to develop a 5 -year payment plan for the entire <br />project. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE <br />36 <br />
