SEBASTIAN RIVER <br />Commissioner Bowman believed this Board passed a Resolution <br />endorsing the proposed CARL purchase along the Sebastian River, <br />and she just asked that it be copied and updated and submitted <br />again. There is going to be a meeting in Cocoa on the 28th; she <br />understood the final ranking is going to be done in December;_we <br />do not want to lose our ranking, which is #15; and she felt that <br />a lot of public support for this would help. <br />Commissioner Scurlock advised that our Land Acquisition <br />Committee has come up with a matrix in terms of how to rate each <br />of the 27/30 properties being considered, and the CARL Program is <br />a big part of this. <br />33 <br />
