H. <br />ronmental Health Director <br />ian River County Public Health <br />SUBJECT: Chapter 154, Florida Statutes <br />Fee Schedule Approval <br />Chapter 154, Florida Statutes, requires Board of County <br />Commissioners approval of county public health fees charged <br />in.support of their activities. Usually -we accomplish this <br />annually through the contract approval.process. However, the . <br />following fees are omitted from our 1990 - 1991 annual <br />contract document.- <br />We <br />ocument. <br />We ask the Board to consider the*.following. additional fees <br />for FY 1990-1991 and that Mr. Chandler submit this`,item for <br />the earliest possible agenda. <br />1. Temporary food event, Plan Review, "For Profit". <br />vendors only - $25.00 per vendor. <br />2. Commercial Plan Review fee - $75.00 per plan. <br />Reinspections - $25.00 per plan. . <br />3. Beverage license review and approval - $50.00 each. <br />The estimated additional revenue accruing to Environmental <br />Health would be approximately $8,000. to $10,000 pef,_year. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved the <br />additional public health fees set out above. <br />m <br />
