Eggert, Chairman <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Terrence P. 0' Brien <br />Assistant County Attorney d <br />DATE: November 15, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: EWAR/WILLIAMS PROPERTY <br />The Commission at the November 6, 1990 regular meeting <br />authorized the purchase of the subject property on the <br />condition that the owners presented evidence of rental at <br />$250.00 per month. Ms. Williams delivered to me four (4) <br />rent receipts (copy attached) on November 14, 1990, along <br />with the signed "Stipulated Settlement Agreement". This <br />Agreement is now ready for execution by the County. We can <br />look forward to a closing in December or early January. <br />This will provide the tenant sufficient time to find a place <br />to live and move out. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, Commissioner Bird being temporarily <br />out of the room, the Board unanimously (4-0) authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the Stipulated Settlement Agree- <br />ment with Greville Ewar and Mary Williams as recommended <br />by }he County Attorney's office. <br />SAID AGREEMENT IS ON FILE 1N THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />N d 112 g? 1990 5 BOOK,�U <br />� FACE <br />
