Luther Groves <br />DATE: November 28, 1990 FILE: irbiv.agn <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The purchase prices authorized by the Board on November 1, <br />1989 for the parcels currently under consideration are as <br />follows: <br />C. Bobo <br />4.051 acres for Indian River Boulevard $247,402 <br />Attorney Fee 4,948 <br />William & Selma Luther <br />4.281 acres for Indian River Boulevard $150,000 <br />Attorney Fee 6,000 <br />J. Luther Groves <br />.417 acres for Indian River Boulevard $ 18,006 <br />Following the Board's November 1 authorization, the property <br />owners requested changes to the County's plans to provide <br />for drainage, irrigation, access and mitigative incidentals. <br />The County consultant, County staff and the.property owners' <br />consultant have refined the design to the satisfaction of <br />the property owners. <br />Revised contracts are being prepared at this time for the <br />purchase of these parcels. The purchase price has been <br />increased by Zo per month since the November 1984 Board <br />approval and attorney's fees revised. The revised cost <br />breakdowns, listed below, include adjustments to the <br />right-of-way acreage, purchase of citrus trees in temporary <br />construction easements, attorney fees and miscellaneous <br />closing costs. <br />C.
