Tuesday, December 4, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, DecemlSgr 4, <br />1990, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Don <br />C. Scurlock, Jr., and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were James <br />E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County <br />Attorney; OMB Director Joe Baird'; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy <br />Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Pete Hill of First Baptist Church gave the invocation, <br />and Commissioner Wheeler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition to today's Agenda <br />of a release of easement for Checkers Restaurant so they can go <br />ahead and get their building permit. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added the <br />above item to today's Agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions <br />to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 23, 1990.
