ANALYSIS <br />We now wish to have the third modification to Kimball/Lloyd's Work <br />Authorization NQ. 1 approved by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />(See attached Work Authorization.) The upper limit for this work is <br />$4,450.00. The funding for this project will -come from Impact Fees <br />and the Landfill Capital Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the third modification to Work <br />Authorization No. 1 with Kimball/Lloyd, Inc. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously approved <br />the third modification to Work Authorization No. 1 with <br />Kimball/Lloyd, Inc., as set out in the above staff <br />recommendation. <br />THIRD MODIFICATION TO WORK AUTHORIZATION NO. 1 IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - NORTH COUNTY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />CONTRACT NO. 1 <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 12/3/.90: <br />DATE: _.
