She thereupon <br />closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 90-30 directing the Clerk of the Court to <br />report outstanding parking tickets for handicapped <br />parking violations. <br />ORDINANCE 90-30 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CLERK OF THE <br />COURT TO REPORT OUTSTANDING PARKING <br />TICKETS FOR HANDICAPPED PARKING <br />VIOLATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Legislature has enacted <br />Chapter 90-48 into law; and <br />WHEREAS, this Chapter directs the County to <br />provide by ordinance that the Clerk of the Court notify the <br />Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles of unpaid <br />parking tickets for handicapped parking violations, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, that: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. <br />A new section 306.07 is added to the Code of <br />Ordinances of Indian River County to read as follows: <br />Section 306.07 Unpaid handicapped parking <br />violations. <br />The Clerk of the Court (traffic violation bureau) <br />shall supply the Department of Highway Safety and Motor <br />Vehicles (Department) with,a magnetically encoded computer <br />tape reel or cartridge which is machine readable by the <br />installed computer system at the department, listing persons <br />who have any outstanding violations of §316.1955, Florida <br />34 <br />
