They <br />will <br />not throw <br />the <br />whole <br />thing out, and <br />after <br />they <br />review it <br />for <br />90 days, we <br />still <br />have a long process to go through. <br />Attorney Vitunac believed we can do just what Commissioner <br />Scurlock said - adopt the plan that we worked out as is, and <br />include with it Alternate A and suggest the DCA look at that <br />also. He did not see how that could jeopardize our position. <br />Commissioner Bird again stated that he has no problem adding <br />Mr. Poppell's request, but he does have a problem doing that in a <br />package deal that would change the other properties down. <br />Commissioner Scurlock again pointed out that there is no <br />formal adoption until all this gets back from the DCA, and then <br />there will be another hearing. This man has had the same notice <br />as everyone else, and if no one else wishes to speak, he is ready <br />to offer a Motion. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard on <br />this particular item. <br />Commissioner Scurlock suggested a Motion that, without <br />jeopardizing our Plan, would approve conveying Mr. Poppell's <br />suggestions in regard to balancing out densities, fully realizing <br />there will be another public hearing when the other affected <br />property owners can have their say. He felt this would not put <br />the DCA in a corner to where they are denying our plan. <br />Chairman Eggert asked if Commissioner Scurlock's intent is <br />to approve the plan as is and send these suggestions as an <br />58 <br />
