SEXTON <br />President <br />:z <br />ATember Florida Shore and Beach Preservation Association <br />Commissioner Scurlock felt that a presentation to other <br />committees would be more appropriate, and Commissioner Eggert <br />suggested the Economic Development Council and the City's Beach <br />and:Shore Committee. <br />Commi.ssioner Scurlock didn't want to establish a precedent <br />whereby anybody can by-pass every committee and come right to the <br />Commission with their presentation. <br />Commissioner Wheeler felt the County's Beach Preservation & <br />Restoration Committee might be interested in seeing the <br />presentation, and would like to advise them of the date. <br />Commissioner Bird understood then that the Board's <br />recommendation would be that if Mr. Sexton wants to come over and <br />make the presentation, he should find a place to do it, perhaps <br />the 1st Floor Conference Room, set the time, invite the various <br />committees, agencies, County Commissioners and City Council <br />members, and just have an open public discussion on it. <br />Frank Zorc, 2044 DeLeon Avenue, submitted the following <br />letter for the record: <br />39 <br />
