Incidentally, Mr. Davis said our County crews are
keeping up with the projects, partly because of the design work
having been done by outside firms.
THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
It was voted on and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 91-a
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS TO FRANGIPANI DRIVE FROM
C.R. 510 TO MAGNOLIA DRIVE
WHEREAS, on December. 18, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-186 providing for certain
paving and drainage improvements to Frangipani Drive• from-C.R.
510 to Magnolia Drive; and
13
JACK 1991
