I I t t � � I � I <br />1 <br />------------------------- <br />BLOCK F <br />� <br />�" <br />3, __ of <br />1 10 i 11 i 12 i 13 i 14 i 1© i 18 i 17 i 18 i�l�l <br />1 <br />--Mot 1quE <br />7-1 <br />1 LJ03rs <br />38th COURT <br />WOODBRIDGE ESTATES S/D <br />39th AVENUE <br />FROM 6th TO 8th STREET ASSESSMENT PLAT <br />Ms. Gentile advised that back when Woodbridge Estates was <br />platted the developer was required to escrow a certain amount of <br />money for the future paving of 39th Avenue. <br />Commissioner Scurlock had quite a few questions about our <br />escrow policies: how the amount to be contributed by the developer <br />is determined; was the developer denied access or not; are we <br />justified in asking for additional monies, etc. <br />Director Davis explained how we define the benefited area and <br />arrive at an equitable value per front foot and advised that in <br />this 'case Staff actually requested that the developer connect to <br />39th Avenue. <br />Commissioner Scurlock commented he just wanted to be sure our <br />policies are fair and just. <br />Chairman Bird announced this is a public hearing and asked if <br />there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak. <br />John Sawyer of 39th Avenue, indicated that it was his <br />understanding the project included relocation of 39th Avenue which <br />actually benefits the property owners in the Citrus Gardens <br />subdivision, but noted that he was happy with the road the way it <br />15 <br />JAW 2 9 1991, <br />
