It was ordered that the foregoing report be accepted, and proper notice be given for 30 days, after which the same will be declared a public County road, if no protest is filed with the Clerk of this Board. The following Road Petition was received: ROAD PETITION STATE DB FLORIDA ) COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER.) TO THE HON.BOA D OF COUNTY CO1.3[ISSIu1fl 9 OF SAID COUNTYs Gentlemen: We the undersigned citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be laid out as follows, to -wit: Commencing at a point in the South line of the North-East 1/4 of the North -'seat 1/4 Sec.1O Twp. 32 .s.R.39 E., and on the hast right-of-way line of State Road No.4; thence East along the South line of the iierth-..est 1/4 of the North- East 1/4 See.l0 to the center of the Quay Dock Road as declared and recorded on page 471, Book of Public Roads 2 st Lucie County records; thence South-easterly along the center of the quay Dock Road to the shore of the Indian River. All buildings now on the above described right-of-way to be moved by the owners thereof. Also that a drain- age ditch be dug along and parallel to the north and South right-of-way lines from the Indian River north-westerly as far as necessary. This is to be done by County. The (ditch to benefit farmers as well as road. Said road right-of-way to be not leas than Fifty (50) feet wide. It was ordered that J.N.1ScCullers Sr.; C.',7.Fletcher and D.L.Leisher, be appointed to view, mark and lay out said road and report to this Board. It was ordered that the County Engineer replace Bridges on Lateral "B" Indian River Farms Drainage District with metal culverts provided 2/3 of the most will be borne Eby the Indian River Farms Drainage District. Itvwas ordered Roy Grabble be placed on the relief list to receive $25.00 per month: it being made to appear he is in need of financial assistance. A warranty deed was receited fivm the Gulf Stream Construction Company, a eo pora- tion for the following described land to be used for road purposes, conditioned upon the Board abandoning and closing up the present road at Rimer; "At strip of land to be used as right-of-way for County Road in said County Beginning at a point twenty-five feet (25 ft.)
