MOTION WAS MADE by Vice <br />SECONDED by Chairman O'Bryan, <br />Vero Beach to lease Minor League <br />acres, with the facility's parking rights reserved. <br />The Commissioners debated and discussed the options, alternatives, stadium capacity, <br />and parking compliance. <br />Commissioner Wheeler suggested this project be approved by the Board and sent back to <br />Cit of Vero Beach, letting them know it is a "go", as long as they can guarantee parking <br />the y <br />compliance. <br />Bob Johnson, Coral Wind Subdivision wanted the Board to consider the impact this <br />would have on the Bond Issue. <br />Chairman Solari <br />to ask the City of <br />Baseball the 11.93 <br />Chairman O'Bryan did not feel the Board would be able to reach a consensus. <br />Chairman O'Bryan WITHDREW his SECOND.
