He recommended the Board approve the <br />contract at the $240,000 all inclusive price. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, to approve <br />staff. s recommendation. <br />Discussion <br />ensued regarding the right-of-way along CR 510, the non-exclusive easement <br />for stormwater drainage, and the stormwater pond site. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 4 1 <br />vote (Vice Chairman Solari opposed), the Motion carried. <br />The Board approved and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute the Purchase Agreement for the Purchase and Sale <br />of Real Estate with Vero Estates, LLC, for the purchase <br />price of $240,000 inclusive of all costs and fees, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of October 12, 2010. <br />14.
