3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Commissioner O'Bryan led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />OATH OF OFFICE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION <br />Honorable Judge David C. Morgan, Indian River County <br />Indian River County Court Judge David C. Morgan administered the Oath of Office to re- <br />elected Commissioners Peter D. O'Bryan and Joseph E Flescher. <br />ELECTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN <br />Commissioner O'Bryan invited County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr. to conduct the <br />election of Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Attorney Polackwich opened the floor to nominations for Chairman. <br />Vice Chairman Wheeler nominated Commissioner Bob Solari for Chairman. <br />There being no other nominations, Attorney Polackwich called for a Motion to close the <br />nominations. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner O'Bryan, to close the <br />nominations. <br />2 <br />November 16, 2010 <br />
