ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Budget Hearing of July 14, 2010, and <br />the Regular Meeting of August 17, 2010, as written. <br />15.B.3.
