9.E. DER YL LOAR, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SHERIFF CONSTITUTIONAL <br />OFFICER FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 <br />Sheriff Deryl Loar reported that towards the end of the fiscal year, the department had <br />been able to purchase new capital items to go forward into fiscal year 2010/2011. He requested <br />that the Board approve his financial report for the period ending September 30, 2010. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously accepted <br />the Indian River County Sheriff Constitutional Officer <br />Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2009-2010, as submitted <br />under cover of letter dated October 29, 2010. <br />10.
