He attested <br />to the good work performance of the majority of County staff, but contended there were several <br />components of the SWDD which could be run more efficiently. <br />Chairman O'Bryan invited both Mr Woodall and Mr. Mensing to speak at the November <br />16, 2010 meeting, at which the Board would be considering the privatization of the SWDD <br />operations and management. <br />No Board Action Required or Taken <br />10.
