BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />November 9, 2010 <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Honda, on Tuesday, November 9, 2010. <br />Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Bob Solari, and Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were Assistant County <br />Administrator Michael Zito, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy Clerk <br />Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:37 a.m. <br />15.B.1.
