BK r, LC S it 2 <br />relating to the 2010 bill until the appellate court makes a final decision on the County's appeal <br />regarding the 2009 fire protection charges. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Chairman O'Bryan, to approve staff's <br />recommendation. <br />A brief discussion ensued between Commissioner Davis and Attorney Polackwich <br />regarding whether staff's recommendation was the best course of action. <br />Vice Chairman Solari made observations pertaining to Fellsmere's annual charges for the <br />fire hydrant maintenance. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board approved to <br />approach Fellsmere with a suggestion to stay code <br />enforcement proceedings relating to the 2010 fire <br />protection charges, until the appellate court has resolved <br />the pending appeal relating to the 2009 fire protection <br />charges, as recommended in the memorandum of April 13, <br />2010. <br />DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />13.
