8.C. MITIGATION FOR TAKING OF WETLANDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BRIDGE <br />REPLACEMENT AT 4TH STREET AND 82ND AVENUE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously: (1) <br />agreed to release the County's Access Easement over the <br />property (located off 86th Avenue in Sebastian, more <br />commonly referred to as the St. Sebastian River Buffer <br />Preserve Area); (2) authorized the Chairman to execute <br />the Release of Easement for Sebastian Highlands, Unit 13, <br />Tract "D"; and (3) instructed staff to have the Release of <br />Easement recorded in the public records, as recommended <br />in the memorandum of October 10, 2011. <br />DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.D. Carter <br />Associates, Inc., Vero Beach; 2. Creech Engineering, Inc., <br />Melbourne; 3. Culpepper & Terpening, Inc., Ft. Pierce; 4. <br />Indian River Survey, Inc., Vero Beach, 5. Kimley-Horn & <br />Associates, Inc , Vero Beach; 6. Masteller, Moler, Reed & <br />Taylor, Inc , Vero Beach; and 7. Morgan Eklund, Inc,, <br />Wabasso.
