APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF THE 800 MHz COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM <br />INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH COMMUNICATIONS <br />INTERNATIONAL, INC. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />the renewal of the 800 MHz Communications System <br />Master Service Agreement with Communications <br />International, Inc., as recommended in the memorandum <br />of September 30, 2011. <br />B.L. AUTHORIZATION FOR OUT -OF -COUNTY TRAVEL <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />out -of -County travel for Commissioners and staff to attend <br />the Florida Association of Counties (FAC) Legislative <br />Conference on November 15 through November 18, 2011, <br />in Sandestin Beach, Florida, as requested in the <br />memorandum of October 12, 2011. <br />9.
