Tuesday, February 5, 1991 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />February 5, 1991, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Richard N. <br />Bird, Chairman; Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; Carolyn K. Eggert; and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present <br />were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, _ <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Rev. Julius Rice, Pastor, Community Church, United Church of <br />Christ, gave the invocation, and Commissioner Bowman led the <br />Pl.edge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Attorney Vitunac requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />a re -assignment of lease for Rampmaster, Inc, with regard to an <br />early pay-off of their industrial development revenue bond. <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of a report on <br />the Alcoholic 8 Drug Abuse and Mental Health Council. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />added the above items to today's Agenda. <br />APPROVAL_ OF' MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 18, <br />1990.
