The cost per parcel will be approximately <br />$250/mo ® 22 months _ 80 parcels = $68.75 <br />Authorizingesolutions and a public hearing would be <br />required._ �is would generate funds for paying the FPL <br />bills through Oct. 1, 1992. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Request FPL to remove all 26 lights already installed and <br />to re -install them in October, 1992. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that Alternative No. 1 be approver and that <br />staff be authorized to prepare an assessment roll, schedule a <br />public hearing, and prepare authorizing resolutlona for iutsra <br />Board action. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />Alternative No. 1 and authorized staff to prepare an <br />assessment roll, schedule a'public hearing, and prepare <br />authorizing resolutions for future Board action. <br />PROPOSED SWDD ORDINANCE FOR COLLECTION AND RECYCLING <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/22/91: <br />DATE: JANUARY 22, 1991 <br />TO: JAMES E.
