ASHER ,4"'" <br />ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT <br />WINDSOR PROPERTIES <br />Windsor Development previously reserved and paid impact fees for 91 <br />wastewater ERUs and ,100 water ERUs for its development in the North <br />Beach area, specifically described in Attachment °A" of the attached <br />Agreement.
