E <br />ROOK 72& <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Residents on 37th Avenue have requested permission to close <br />a portion of this road between 10th and 11th Streets for <br />their block party. The party is scheduled for March 23, <br />1991 10:00 A.M. until midnight. Water plant within 60 days. An <br />integral part of this expansion was a new power generating system <br />for emergency requirements. This generating system also will enable <br />the Department to participate in a new Commercial/ Industrial Load <br />Control Program with Florida Power and Light, and take advantage of <br />reduced electrical operating costs. <br />26 <br />
