Baird C <br />OMB Director ' <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Flood Insurance (Difference in Conditions) policy was due for renewal on February 28, <br />1991. Schlitt Services notified Risk Management of the Renewal Rates on February 19, <br />1991 which did not allow sufficient time to get on a regularly scheduled Board of County <br />Commissioners agenda. The insurance company must receive payment no later than <br />Thursday, February 28, 1991 or the policy will be cancelled. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Due to these circumstances we are respectfully requesting that the Board of County <br />Commissioners add the agenda item to the meeting of February 26, 1991. <br />TO: James E. The policy, recommended <br />by Silver Insurance Management Consultants and staff, provides for <br />difference in conditions property coverage, most specifically for <br />flood coverage. <br />We have received a renewal quote of $24,619.00 plus a $100.00 <br />Policy fee, the identical cost as for 19.90-91. <br />Staff recommends renewal of the coverage and premium payment. <br />34 <br />
