The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Scurlock who moved its adoption. Bird Chairman RESOLUTION NO. 91- 24 RESOLUTION FOR ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FLORIDA INLAND NAVIGATION DISTRICT • WATERWAYS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 'WHEREAS, THE Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County Florida(BOARD) is interested in carrying out the following described project for the enjoyment of the citizenry of Indian River County and the State of Florida: Project Title Jungle Trail Shoreline Stabilization Total Estimated Cost $ 110,000 Brief Description of Project: Construction of a rip -rap breakwater for approximately 870 lineal feet to stabilize a portion of the shoreline west of Jungle Trail. AND, Florida Inland Navigation District financial assistance is required for the program mentioned above, NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the BOARD that the project described above be authorized, AND, be it further resolved that said BOARD make application to the Florida Inland Navigation District in the amount of 50% of the actual cost of the project in behalf of said County 39 FEB 26 199� lc- �UOK.
