1 <br />1 <br />TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th 1932. <br />The <br />Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the. Court House in Vero Beach, of 2s00 o'clock P.M. Tuesday,.September 27th 1932, with <br />the following members of the Board presents Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; J.D.Yongue; <br />J.J.P.Hamilton; J.W.LaBruce and Eli C. Walker. .Also present were Miles 'Marren, Clerk <br />and Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. <br />Commissioner LaB ruce moved that the Board go into executive session, which was <br />lost for want of a second. <br />Gus A Tomlinson, attorney for G.R.Olmstea.d, Tax Collector, addressed to Board <br />regarding claims of Mr. Olmstead for amounts alleged to be due him 2zz and for credits <br />which should be given him on the tax rolls, and alleged shortage or amounts due by <br />Mr. Olmstead on account of taxes collected. <br />James T. Vocelle, representing the Columbia, Casualty Company, a corporation, surety <br />on'the official bond of G.R.Olmsteadr. Tax Collector addressed the Board. <br />It was moved, seconded and carried that no action be taken on any of the matters, <br />until filial audit is made and reported to this Board. <br />Ongmotion made, seconded and carried the Board adjourned. <br />AT STs <br />"—' <br />lark. <br />rman <br />THURSDAYS SEPIM, ER 29th 1932. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />J <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at lls00 o'clock A.M.Thursdayp September 29th, 1932, on <br />call of the Chairman, with the following members of the Board present: Albert O.Helseth, <br />Chairman; J.D.Yongue and J.J.P.Hamilton. Also present vas Miles Marren, Clerk. <br />The Chairman announced the special meeting was called for the purpose of approving <br />the bond of Troy E. Moody as Tax Collector of Indian River County, the bond heretofore <br />approved not being mode out on the form prescribed by the Secretary of .State. <br />Mr, Moody presented his bond which was duly executed on the form, prescribed by the <br />'State and forwarded t o him. <br />The Bond of Troy E. Moody, as Tax Collector, in the sum of 020000.00 with the <br />National Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was app roved. <br />The Board then adjourned.until the regular meeting to be held in October 1932. <br />.,� <br />�IIM <br />
