Tuesday, March 5, 1991 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, March 5, 1991, <br />at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Gary <br />C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Carolyn K. Eggert; <br />and Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of <br />County Commissioners; Joseph Baird, OMB Director; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Reverend Jerry Sweat, Pastor of Asbury United Methodist <br />Church, gave the invocation, and Administrator Chandler led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Bird announced that the Public Hearing on the <br />Russell Concrete rezoning request will be continued for two weeks <br />until March 19, 1991 for a time certain and will not be <br />readvertised. <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested the addition of some comments <br />on North County wastewater. <br />Commissioner Wheeler requested the addition of a short <br />presentation of two plaques to the Board of County Commissioners. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously added <br />the above items to today's Agenda. <br />BOOK 82'0 <br />
