Pr - <br />BOOK PAGE 633 <br />Commissioner Scurlock understood that the engineer would do <br />the permitting, which is the real emergency here. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Second Addition to Contract with Links Design, <br />Inc., and declared an emergency in the selection of an <br />engineer which allows a compression of the time limits <br />in the CCNA in order to go out and hire an engineer to <br />do the topographical survey, permitting, etc. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />RESOLUTION CREATING AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />Commissioner Eggert explained that since this came up she <br />has had several questions on it, and the suggestion is to perhaps <br />put a Savings S Loan representative on it and one at -large <br />member. She would like to move those appointments with the <br />understanding that if we need others with some expertise in a <br />specific area, it would be brought back to the Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 91-29, creating an affordable Housing <br />Advisory Committee. <br />53 <br />
