MAS' 12 1991 7 <br />GOOK PU <br />Attorney O'Haire stated that what is needed would be <br />consulting engineers there to give you an opinion as to what may or <br />may not be possible in terms of modifications, and that's all. <br />County Administrator Chandler stressed all we have had to go <br />through to get to this point and that in any modification we would <br />have to go through each of those twelve agencies again. It is a <br />question of timing and the Commission would have to face the <br />question of what effect that would have on Phase III. Are we <br />looking at six months, or a year? We would have to go back and see <br />the impact as to time. <br />Commissioner Scurlock felt that could jeopardize the entire <br />project. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board (4-0) unanimously approved <br />the Phase IV alignment and 200 feet right-of-way through <br />Parcel 111 as recommended by staff and adopted Resolution <br />91-30, Declaring the Acquisition of a Right -of -Way for <br />the extension of Indian River Boulevard a public <br />necessity. <br />20 <br />
