ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, Commissioner Wheeler being absent, <br />the Board unanimously (4-0) approved the appointment of <br />Principal Dale Klaus to replace Mrs. Jean Carter as the <br />School District's representative on the Recreation <br />Committee, as appointed by Superintendent Gary Norris. <br />11 <br />D. Resignation of R. Grant Gilmore from Marine Advisory Narrows <br />Watershed Action Committee <br />The Board reviewed the following letter from R.
