F_ MAR 19 1991 �QOk F',4I E Chairman Bird opened the Public Hearing, and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this matter. Donald Lynn, 7445 Old Dixie Highway, was opposed to the rezoning because he believed it would result in a conflict of property values in the immediate area. There being no others who wish to be heard, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted Ordinance 91-10, amending the future land use element and land use map from A-1 and RM -6 to IG for the property generally located to the west of the F.E.C. Railroad R/W, north of 73rd Street. ORDINANCE NO. 91- 10 AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT AND LAND USE MAP FROM A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, AND RM -6, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO IG, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED TO THE WEST OF THE F.E.C. RAILROAD R/W, NORTH OF 73RD STREET, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning request; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and WHEREAS, the Board of County`Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: 20
