Before starting his presentation, Mr. Nelson asked if <br />the Commissioners have copies of all the pertinent documents that <br />he referred to in his memo, and Attorney Vitunac advised that <br />only Administrator Chandler has copies of all the documents at <br />this time, but additional copies could be made if the Board <br />wished. <br />Mr. Nelson couldn't understand why copies were not made <br />available to the Board members prior to this meeting.
