UW -89 -12 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On February 27, 1990, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the aforementioned assessment project. We <br />are now ready to begin the assessment process associated with this <br />project. -.The Board of County Commissioners previously approved <br />Resolutions 1 and 2 (91-9 and 91-10) for this project on January 22 <br />-=of this year. Due to changes in the assessment roll, we must begin <br />the assessment process again. The attached resolutions will <br />supersede Resolutions 91-9 and 91-10. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Attached please find Resolutions 1 and 2 for the assessment project. <br />The cost per square foot is 0.04064 dollars, and the project will <br />serve the area on A1A, north of Jungle Trail and two smaller <br />subdivisions on 109th Place and 110th Place. The total cost to be <br />assessed is $235,864.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the attached resolutions and <br />set the assessment hearing date. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />approved Resolution 91-40, providing for <br />installation of the above described water main <br />extension, and Resolution 91-41, setting a <br />time and place for the public hearing on same. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 4n_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR INSTALLATION OF <br />NORTH BEACHES WATER MAIN EXTENSION IN <br />A -1-A FROM THE NORTHERN END OF JUNGLE <br />TRAIL TO THE McLARTY MUSEUM; PROVIDING <br />THE TOTAL ESTIMATED COST, METHOD OF <br />PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS, NUMBER OF ANNUAL <br />INSTALLMENTS, AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF <br />AREAS SPECIFICALLY SERVED. <br />33 <br />BOOK PA. , , 17 <br />
