RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the above analysis, staff recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the additional requested design <br />waivers (amendment to the conceptual PRD plan); these waivers shall <br />apply only to the 4 lots in the "riverside" subdivision. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone wished to be heard.
