Tuesday, April 16, 1991 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 16, 1991, <br />at 9:00 a.m. Present were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; Gary C. <br />Wheeler, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman; Carolyn K. Eggert; and <br />Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Virginia <br />Hargreaves and Patricia Held, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Charles P. Vitunac led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of an item <br />regarding Treasure Coast Upland Policy and an item regarding the <br />Legislative Delegation Meeting. <br />Administrator Chandler requested the addition of his <br />Countryside Report. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the additions to the Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA - <br />A.
