15.B.2. FINAL PAYMENT AND RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO WASTE MANAGEMENT <br />INC. OF FLORIDA FOR THE VERTICAL EXPANSION AND PARTIAL CLOSURE OF <br />CLASSI LANDFILL AND BORROWPOND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved for <br />payment, and authorized the Chairman to execute, the final <br />invoices in the amounts of $605,392.54 and $76,688.60 to <br />Waste Management, Inc. of Florida (WMIF), for the <br />vertical expansion and partial closure of Class I Landfill <br />and borrow pond construction projects, respectively, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of December 11, 2009. <br />DOCUMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at <br />11:19 a.m. <br />3 <br />January 5, 2010 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />
