SECTION 00610 <br />PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND <br />INSTRUCTION FOR PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND <br />The front or cover page to the required public construction payment and performance <br />bond shall contain the information required by Fla. Stat. 255.05(1)(a), and be <br />substantially in the format shown on the first page following this instruction. <br />The Public Construction Bond shall be in the form suggested by Fla. Stat. 255.05(3) as <br />shown on the second page following this instruction. <br />A Power of Attorney from a surety insurer authorized to do business in Florida, <br />authorizing the signature of the Attorney in Fact who executes the Public Construction <br />Bond shall accompany that Bond. <br />
