UW -90 -21 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />t <br />On April 9, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />Resolution <br />91-43 and 91-44 which , contained the preliminary <br />-assessment <br />roll and established the date of the public hearing for <br />the subject project. <br />Homeowners <br />have been notified of the public hearing by certified <br />mail. Resolution 91-43 was published in the Press Journal on April 15, 1991. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Design•of <br />the water distribution system is complete and the DER <br />permit has <br />been received.- Approval of Resolution III will confirm <br />and approve the preliminary assessments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve Resolution III which affirms <br />the preliminary assessment of the subject project. <br />Director Pinto added this project is ready to go to bid. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 91-50 confirming the special assessments <br />in connection with a waterline extension in <br />Miraflores (33rd Avenue). <br />A. <br />37 <br />C o aP`I <br />MAY 7 1991 <br />
