The source of apportionment is the Florida Governor's Apportionment (GA) of Section 5307 funds. Attached is a copy of the GA for IFFY 2013. This grant will fund the purchase of security equipment, vehicle insurance, and preventive maintenance for rolling stock. All Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment/components are compatible with both Regional and National ITS architectures. The total eligible cost is $4,066,000; of which the federal share is $3,100,000. Of this amount, the federal operating assistance is $966,000. The nonfederal portion of operating assistance is $966,000 and will be met through a combination of FDOT grant funds and local funds as approved by Indian River County.
