Transfer Of Rights Of Recovery Against <br />Others To Us <br />We waive any right of recovery we may have <br />against any person or organization to the ex- <br />tent required of you by a written contract <br />signed and executed prior to any "accident" <br />or "loss", provided that the "accident" or "loss" <br />arises out of operations contemplated by <br />such contract. The waiver applies only to the <br />person or organization designated In such <br />contract. <br />N. UNINTENTIONAL. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS <br />The following is added to Paragraph B.2., Con- <br />cealment, Misrepresentation, Or Fraud, of <br />SECTION IV — BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS: <br />The unintentional omission of, or unintentional <br />error in, any information given by you shall not <br />prejudice your rights under this insurance.
